The Maranatha Fellowship meets Thursdays at 6:30 PM for worship, fellowship, and mutual support.
This Christian recovery group chose maranatha, an obscure Aramaic word used only once in the New Testament as their group's moniker. There is quite a bit of disagreement among scholars about how this word should be translated: some translations read "our Lord has come", whereas others choose "Come, Lord." Either way, both of these understandings speak to the transformation that we can find in turning our lives over more completely to Christ's gentle yoke.
If you, a friend or a family member are hurting and hoping to recover from substance abuse, an unhealthy habit, grief or guilt, please come and join our fellowship!
